The Louisiana Brothers’ Cajun Food


Excellence can be found just under your nose.  That’s why I'm un-apologetically including a few articles about my brothers' food-related businesses on this site.  Not that those guys
need my help, trust me, they’re doing just fine.


The brothers, David Billeaud and Billy Billeaud are south Louisiana restaurant and food market proprietors who reach an international audience with their Cajun/Creole food products.  A high point of their ample media coverage was when Calvin Trillin mentioned Billy's boudin links in "The New Yorker" magazine, in my opinion endorsements don't get swankier than that!
